CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice- 24 hour notice must be given prior to cancellation of any appointment or service will be charged for at full rate.
 
Group Bookings or Package bookings – We require 50% deposit to secure the booking. 1 (one) weeks’ notice must be given prior to cancellation of any Group Booking or Package Bookings or all related services will be charged for.

REQUEST APPOINTMENT

Reservations- Once our on-line booking form has been submitted we will confirm reservation within 24 hours (refer to our operating hours).

Confirmation - We cannot guarantee appointments made through website booking without making reference to our schedule.
Prices - Although we make every effort to keep our service menus, website and price list updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Guest Etiquette

Noise - Our environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas. In consideration of our guests, we ask that all mobile devices be turned off during your treatment.

Arrival Time - We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, to allow sufficient time to fill out a consultation form, and our team tailor our services to your personal needs.

Late Arrival - late arrival will result in reduction of treatment time whilst full treatment fee will apply.

Dress Code - Please make sure that when you use the hydrotherapy facilities you wear a swimming costume at all times.

Health Conditions - We care about your wellbeing, please advise us at time of booking and inform your therapist of any health conditions or special needs which may affect your services , such as: high blood pressure, are pregnant, heart conditions, Medication, allergies (including iodine, sulphur or nut), etc.

Body Treatments - For all massages please consult directly with your therapist about style and depth of pressure prior to your service.

Loss or Damage - With regret; we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. Please make sure that you keep all your valuables and clothes safely stored in your locker.

Return Policy

Products - We cannot unfortunately refund or take back products that have been used, unless accompanied by a doctor’s letter. Un-used products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a refund.
